You're welcome to cancel your membership at any time without a cancellation fee. Send an email to bookings@saunasocialclub.co.uk with your request to cancel at least 4 days before your membership renewal date. If you've used a credit from the following month's allowance, you'll be charged a £10 cancellation fee to cover this credit.

Yes, Subscription Membership credits are now valid for all session types. Your membership discount of 15% applies to all additional purchases of Single Session passes, and this discount will automatically show up at checkout.

Membership credits are only valid for the member. However, if you wish to book for a friend, you can use your discount to purchase an additional Single Session Pass to the session. The discount code will automatically show up at checkout.

A Subscription Membership gives you the stated number of credits per month. Memberships automatically renew each month until cancellation. ​Membership includes 15% off all additional Single Session Passes to top up your membership, and 15% off Single Session Passes for friends and family.  Memberships are individual and can only be used to book for yourself. There is a 1-month minimum term. You can pause your membership once a year for up to 4 weeks. Unused credits do not roll over into the next month. You can use one credit from the following month. You can cancel your membership by emailing us at least 4 days before your renewal date. There will be a £10 cancellation fee if you have used a credit from the following month, to cover the cost of the credit.

Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks. During this time, you won't be able to use your credits to book onto any sessions. Your membership will automatically begin again from where you were in the cycle. For example, if you pause your membership 2 weeks before your renewal date, you'll have 2 weeks to renewal from the date the pause is lifted. If you would like to pause your membership, please email bookings@saunasocialclub.co.uk with the start and end date you'd like to pause with at least 1 weeks' notice before the start date.
