Our upstairs sauna is cooler, the lights are brighter, and there is a bowl above the heater with essential oils lightly diffusing into the air. There is a water bucket for use on the rocks. This is our chatty sauna where anyone is welcome to have a conversation.
Our downstairs sauna is hotter, has music playing, and is a listening sauna, which means there is no talking while inside. During Social, Ambient, and Creative Wellbeing sessions, a sauna host will bring an ice ball into the downstairs sauna with essential oils, place this on the rocks, and whisk the air around. If you'd prefer for them not to use essential oils for this, please let the host know on arrival.
If you have any other questions about accessibility, please contact us at bookings@saunasocialclub.co.uk.
