Location: Sauna Social Club, Peckham
Hours: 24 hours minimum per week. Weekend & evening availability is essential.
Salary: £15.35/hr + holiday pay, staff membership

Key Responsibilities
This is a leadership position requiring leadership experience.
A brief outline of the position and responsibilities:
Be the point of contact for all guests as they use the facilities, provide advice and support throughout their session, and create a warm and inclusive atmosphere. You'll be the welcoming face of the space, ensuring a smooth, relaxing, and high-quality experience for our guests.
Keep the sauna, ice baths, and communal areas spotless and well-maintained, including leading deep cleans.
Delegate tasks to Hosts as appropriate and manage the Hosts’ workday flow.
Carry responsibility for the closedown and opening procedures of the ice baths.
Be a key holder and be responsible for opening/closing.
Answer customer queries over emails when you are on shift, ensuring a consistent quality of responses and tone.
Carry responsibility for and be the first point of call when on shift in any emergency, such as customer incidents requiring first aid help, safeguarding incidents, equipment faults, etc and escalate these to managers as appropriate.
Lead the team confidently while on shift, and work collaboratively within the wider management structure of the business.
