About Sauna Social Club

Sauna Social Club in Peckham is London’s first dedicated sauna and listening lounge. We offer saunas and ice baths, alongside arts and community programming.

Our mission is to redefine social spaces, bringing people together through a blend of wellness, arts, and community. Drawing from Benji’s background as an actor and personal trainer, and Nikki’s experience as a community organiser and DJ, we’ve witnessed the transformative impact of community and the arts on well-being.

So we set out to create an alternative to traditional social spaces like pubs—one that prioritises wellness, creativity, and meaningful connection.


Key Responsibilities


Sauna Social Club is looking for a friendly and reliable Sauna Host to join our team. You'll be the welcoming face of the space, ensuring a smooth, relaxing, and high-quality experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include:


  • Customer service - Be the point of contact for all guests as they use the facilities, provide advice and support throughout their session, create a warm and inclusive atmosphere.

  • Cleaning - Keep the sauna, ice baths, and communal areas spotless and well-maintained. Work with the Duty Manager to uphold the highest standards of health & safety.

  • Bookings & admin - Manage reservations, respond to inquiries in person, and assist with day-to-day admin tasks.

Person Specification

  • Essential - experience working in hospitality, ideally in restaurants, bars, cafés or similar.

  • A love of music, arts, and wellness, and enthusiasm for sharing these with others.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a willingness to make conversation with all customers.

  • A keen eye for cleanliness and presentation to maintain a high standard in the space.
