Can I hire the entire venue?​

Yes. All Exclusive Hire bookings include private use of the venue for the duration of your booking. You’ll have exclusive access to the saunas, ice baths, lounge, changing facilities and tea bar throughout your timeslot, with our team on hand throughout to ensure everything runs smoothly.

How do I book?

Email arch842@saunasocialclub.co.uk with:

• your preferred booking date

• approximate number of guests

• a sentence or two about the occasion (for example, a birthday, celebration, filming)

We’ll then confirm availability and pricing if the booking is a good fit for the space.

What kind of events can I host?

We host a wide range of private events, including birthdays, celebrations, corporate wellbeing days, team socials, Christmas parties, brand activations, product launches, filming and photoshoots. We aren’t currently accepting externally organised public or ticketed events.

How many people can attend?
Our venue can accommodate groups of up to 30 people, depending on the type of event. Whether you’re planning an small gathering or a larger celebration, we’ll help recommend the best format for your group.

Can we bring food and drinks?

You’re welcome to discuss catering options with us when booking. We can recommend local catering partners or work with you to create a package that suits your event.

Arch 842 is an alcohol-free venue, and we don’t allow alcohol to be brought onto the premises.

Can we decorate the venue?​

Yes, you’re welcome to bring small decorations to personalise your event. We just ask that nothing causes damage to the venue, and that any larger installations are agreed with us in advance.

Can we play our own music?

Yes. For most bookings, you’re welcome to provide a playlist for us to play through our sound system.

If you’re interested in hiring a DJ, we’d be happy to help. If you’d like to bring your own DJ, just let us know when booking so we can discuss the setup and equipment requirements.

Can a business hire the venue?​

Absolutely. We regularly welcome companies looking for a unique venue for team wellbeing sessions, Christmas parties and brand activations.

Can we film at the venue?

Yes. We welcome filming and photography enquiries, subject to availability and the nature of the production.

What do we have to bring?

Towels are included. Please ask all guests to bring their swimwear and optional sliders/flip flops.

Can children attend?

Sauna Social Club & Arch 842 are adults-only venues. All guests attending an Exclusive Hire booking must be aged 18 or over.
