Sauna Host - Sauna Social Club

Location: Sauna Social Club, Peckham

Hours: 16-24 hours per week. Weekend evening availability is essential.

Salary: £14.85/hr (LLW) + staff membership & discounts

Start date: W/C 24th August 2026

Key Responsibilities

Sauna Social Club is looking for a friendly and reliable Sauna Host to join our team. You'll be the welcoming face of the space, ensuring a smooth, relaxing, and high-quality experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Customer service - Be the point of contact for all guests as they use the facilities, provide advice and support throughout their session, create a warm and inclusive atmosphere.

• Cleaning - Keep the sauna, ice baths, kitchen and communal areas spotless and well-maintained. Work with Supervisors to uphold the highest standards of health & safety and food hygiene standards.

• Bookings & admin - Manage reservations, respond to inquiries in person, and assist with day-to-day admin tasks.

Person Specification

• Essential: experience working in hospitality, ideally in restaurants, bars, cafés or similar.

• A love of music, arts, and wellness, and enthusiasm for sharing these with others.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a willingness to make conversation with all customers.

• A keen eye for cleanliness and presentation to maintain a high standard in the space.
